Sr. Manager Accounting, Consolidation & Reporting

The position oversees day to day accounting operations, ensures compliance with US GAAP, and leads the monthly close and global consolidation of financial results. It also manages Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, providing leadership, oversight, and continuous process improvement across all transactional and general ledger activities.

In addition, this role supports senior leadership through insightful analysis, budgeting, and variance and trend reporting. Reporting directly to the CFO, it is responsible for delivering accurate, timely financial and tax reporting to the company’s shareholders and Board of Directors.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• CPA Active License
• 4+ years of public accounting experience is preferred and/or 7+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience.
• Strong background in US GAAP accounting, monthly closing, and financial consolidation
• Experience with international subsidiaries and/or joint ventures
• Must have ability to work independently, to meet deadlines and to stretch with working hours as necessary. Bring a passion for learning and driving the finance organization and the business forward.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
