Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

I’m partnering with a rapidly scaling, private equity-backed professional services platform to hire a Manager of FP&A. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to build a best-in-class FP&A function from the ground up.

If you’re someone who enjoys creating structure in a fast-moving environment and wants real ownership over budgeting, forecasting, and strategic modeling — this could be a strong fit.

• Building and owning the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Developing financial models to support growth initiatives and acquisitions
• Creating KPI dashboards and performance reporting frameworks
• Partnering cross-functionally to drive insights and decision support
• Working closely with the CFO on strategic finance initiatives and board-level reporting
• Helping scale processes and infrastructure in a high-growth environment

• Looking for 5 years of experience
• No more than 2 previous employers
• Current job is an FP&A analyst, senior analyst or a manager
• First job can be 2 years in Big 4 (plus)
• Rotational or development roles in their first job
• MBA

• True ownership of the FP&A function
• High exposure to executive leadership
• Meaningful upside in a scaling platform
