• Support investors services/fund administration team members in the collection, organization and archiving of data, and information used in the FIS/Investran investor database and DDX investor portal.
• Assist with outreach to limited partners on their accounts and access to the investor online portal. Complete DDX investor portal clean‑up project.
• Perform general clean‑up of existing CRM depository and data scrubbing.
• Attend internal firmwide meetings and team meetings.

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field, with a strong academic record and targeted graduation date in Summer 2027.
• Passion for problem solving and willingness to dissect complex problems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Intellectual curiosity, with an enthusiasm to learn about the private equity and alternative asset industries.
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to work well on teams.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Founded in 2001, RCP Advisors is a private equity investment firm headquartered in Chicago that provides access to lower middle market private equity fund managers through primary funds‑of‑funds, secondary funds, and co‑investment funds. Additionally, the firm provides advisory and investment research services.
