Controlling Leader​/Manager

Recently looking for Leader of Controlling / Manager for our long term client on EU, TIER 1 automotive supplier and its plant in NOVY JICIN.

• Responsible for gathering various financial reports related to the operations/squeeze of Exterior/Lighting CZ business which includes 2 manufacturing facilities, 1 engineering center and headquarter.
• Works with plant controllers to ensure smooth functioning of the organization's day-to-day operations.
• Monitor customers and suppliers claims to ensure the right level of margin.
• Lead, Coach and Mentor plant, R&D and SG&A controllers
• Consolidate various reports at country level.
• Help develop short- and long-term operational initiatives.
• Lead controllers in the month end process including the forecast, ensuring timely and accurate close.
• Responsible for the monthly consolidation for the country operation P&L and various KPIs

• Review production variances with management and help drive to root cause.
• Support in preparation of financial presentations including forecast and annual budget.
• Organize weekly financial reviews with Plants/R&D and lead action plans to ensure objectives are met.
• Oversee the annual standards roll process.
  
  Update Standard Cost and reconcile accounts.
• Enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and corporate accounting standards, policies and procedures.
• Support the implementation and improvement of SAP operational procedures.
• Actively participate in continuous improvements and corrective action activities.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis as required

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline required.
• 3+ years Plant Controller experience.
• Strong knowledge with use of SAP required.
• Detail oriented and ability to collect, maintain and analyze data.
• Strong analytical and data management skills
