Job Overview
Regions is a leading financial services provider seeking a seasoned Income Property Finance (IPF) Relationship Manager to identify, win, and grow relationships with professional real estate developers and operators. The role requires monthly engagement with clients and prospective clients, focusing on strategy, project performance, and financing needs.
Primary Responsibilities- Knowledgeable of debt and deposit services
- Establish sales plans for new and existing clients including cross‑selling of Regions various products and services
- Focus on client servicing and portfolio administration
- Seven (7) years of commercial real estate banking experience preferred
- College degree required, preferably in Real Estate, Finance, or Economics
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple assignments
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team‑oriented approach to achieving goals and objectives
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong work ethic and self‑motivation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
This position may be filled at a higher level, or be considered for Management, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.

Compensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point‑of‑market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
Job Range Target:
- Minimum: $ USD
- Median: $ USD
Incentive Pay Plans:
- Discretionary incentive plan based on performance against defined metrics and goals
