Client Associate

Your Role

Expected to lead the strategic implementation of client goals and objectives by sourcing fixed income debt instruments.

Responsible for presenting fixed income debt instruments ideas to Portfolio Manager and execute trades in compliance with client Investment Policy parameters.

Update team on current economic, capital markets and credit conditions.

Daily monitoring of portfolios and compliance with respect to alignment with active investment policy guidelines and consistency with client objectives.

Collaborate with the portfolio managers, operations and marketing departments.

Own and lead special projects and client related requests (includes portfolio / performance analysis, audit requests).

Chicago: the salary range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000.

This role may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.

The Corporate Cash Management Team located in our downtown Chicago office is part of Wealth Management Americas. Our team delivers separately managed, fixed income investment portfolios for corporate, institutional, and High Net Worth clients.

• Ideally 2 or more years of experience working with high-net-worth clients and/or institutional clients.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eager to learn, results oriented, a self-starter, motivated.
• Sense of urgency and purpose within an ever-changing environment.
• Previous experience in client service and/or trading and operations within the financial services working in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Series 7 and 66 licensed preferred, or the ability to obtain licenses once on boarded, sponsored by UBS.
