Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis; FP&A | General Insurance

My Client is a leading general insurance company dedicated to providing innovative insurance solutions to clients. They are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join their FP&A team as an Assistant Manager.

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Support strategic planning initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders to communicate financial performance and strategic insights.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
• Support ad‑hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, or a related role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with SAP or Power
  
  BI is a plus.
