Hybrid Temporary to Hire F/T Payroll & A/P Analyst Needed West Loop, Chicago

Our client, a busy Nephrology Office located in the West Loop of Chicago, is currently looking to hire an experienced hybrid partially remote temporary-to-hire full‑time Payroll and A/P Analyst. This is a hybrid temporary-to-hire full‑time position working Monday‑Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

• Supervise & coordinate payroll processing with Paycom (or other 3rd party software) bi‑weekly, ensuring accurate payroll records, deductions, and taxes.
• Process physician and employee expense reports, employee credit‑card payments, and maintain physician auto leases, ensuring timely payments.
• Organize prior‑year paper files, scan documents as needed, and archive for long‑term storage.
• Work in the West Loop office and remotely from home.
• Collect, calculate, and enter payroll data.
• Prepare payroll summaries (earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, non‑taxable wages) for Paycom.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting & analyzing information.
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries & comparing system reports to balances.
• Charge expenses, analyze invoice/expense reports, and record entries.
• Process auto‑lease payments.
• Pay employees, verify expense reports & advance requests, prepare checks.
• Complete annual W‑2s with Paycom.
• Organize prior‑year financial files for long‑term storage.

• Minimum 3+ years of recent payroll & accounts‑receivable experience.
• High School Diploma required;
  College Degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and MS software tools.
• Paycom experience a plus.
