• Own key fund accounting processes for private equity and hedge fund structures
• Prepare and review financial reporting packages and investor deliverables
• Partner with fund administrators and managers to ensure accurate performance tracking
• Reconcile portfolio data and investigate variances across multiple sources
• Support audit requests, financial statement preparation, and regulatory reporting
• Analyze fund performance trends and help improve reporting processes
• Collaborate with investment and client teams on ad-hoc analyses and projects

• 3–8+ years of accounting experience (public accounting or fund accounting welcome)
• Interest in investment management, private equity, or hedge funds
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
