The Treasury Manager is responsible for managing all day‑to‑day treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, debt compliance, and banking relationships. This role also oversees the company’s insurance programs, including policy placement, renewals, claims management, and risk mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, is highly detail‑oriented, and can operationalize treasury processes for a complex, multi‑state business.

Treasury Management

• Oversee daily cash positioning and ensure sufficient operating liquidity across all entities.
• Lead the development and maintenance of weekly, monthly, and long‑term cash flow forecasts.
• Manage enterprise‑wide cash movement, including intercompany transfers, funding, and cash optimization strategies.
• Maintain all banking relationships; oversee account openings/closures and bank fee negotiations.
• Improve treasury policies, controls, and processes to strengthen financial discipline.
• Manage compliance with debt agreements, including covenant tracking, reporting, and lender deliverables.
• Partner closely with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, M&A and Operations to ensure accurate cash reporting and projections.
• Support and facilitate month/quarter end accounting and reporting for treasury transactions.
• Implement treasury technology or automation initiatives to streamline manual processes.
• Lead and develop a team of treasury professionals.

Insurance & Risk Management

• In conjunction with our third‑party insurance broker, oversee the company’s full insurance portfolio, including property, liability, D&O, workers’ compensation, auto, and other lines as needed.
• Manage the annual insurance renewal process, working closely with brokers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders.
• Help facilitate claims administration, documentation, and communication between internal teams and insurance partners.
• Ensure Cresco maintains appropriate coverage levels to protect company assets and mitigate operational risks.
• Conduct risk assessments and present recommendations for new policies or coverage enhancements.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare management reporting on cash, liquidity, insurance exposures, and risk metrics.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to provide visibility into treasury performance and working capital trends.
