Pricing Manager

Our client, a large professional services firm, is seeking a Manager, Pricing to support and enhance its pricing and financial operations. This individual will play a key role in developing pricing strategies, evaluating financial performance, and improving internal processes.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who blends strong analytical capabilities with leadership and communication skills!

• Develop financial models to evaluate pricing proposals and support customized solutions.
• Partner with senior leadership and business development teams on proposals and client requests.
• Leverage historical and operational data to support forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
• Track and analyze complex and alternative pricing arrangements.
• Serve as a financial resource on high-impact clients or projects requiring ongoing support.
• Lead and mentor a team, ensuring high service standards and continuous development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, analytics, operations, and other internal stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, or a related function.
• Prior supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to develop and mentor staff.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
