Position Overview

This non‑profit healthcare center, in the process of becoming a Federally Qualified Health Center, is seeking a Controller with FQHC experience. The role is an executive leadership position offering competitive compensation and benefits. Salary ranges from $115,000 to $125,000 per year.

• Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Oversee accounting systems and internal controls.
• Ensure a clean annual audit under US GAAP.
• Maintain compliance with all FQHC regulations to assist in achieving FQHC status.
• Handle cash flow management.
• Review financial statements.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on budget and forecast creation.
• Produce cost reporting according to government funder regulations.
• Manage third‑party revenue cycle management vendor.
• Supervise billing and collections.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of FQHC accounting experience.
• At least 3 years of accounting leadership experience.
• Experience with eClinical
  
  Works.
• Experience with Quick Books.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.

• CPA credential.
• Revenue Cycle Management experience.
