LaSalle Network has partnered with a high-growth, private equity–backed SaaS company headquartered in downtown Chicago, seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their lean, high-impact finance team. This role sits at the center of the business and offers direct exposure to executive leadership and investors.

Base salary for this role is budgeted up to a base of $195,000+ commensurate with experience, eligible for additional bonuses, and will primarily sit in their Chicago Loop office. A comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees is offered as well.
Responsibilities- Own all financial models internally, including operating models, forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning
- Serve as a key finance partner to our PE sponsors, supporting investor reporting, board materials, and ad-hoc analysis
- Lead and manage day-to-day FP&A, including monthly variance analysis, KPI tracking, and performance insights
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to support growth initiatives and improve unit economics
- Analyze SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, cohort performance) and translate data into clear recommendations
- Support strategic initiatives such as pricing analysis, new product launches, and M&A integration
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or PE-backed operating companies. Candidates MUST have experience working at a PE-backed software company.
- Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to build and maintain models from scratch
- Experience interfacing with senior leadership and/or investors; PE-backed or SaaS experience is a strong plus
- Candidates MUST have experience owning SaaS specific metrics previously.
- High attention to detail with the confidence to operate independently
- Excellent communication skills — able to tell a clear story with numbers
- Advanced Excel proficiency; familiarity with SaaS analytics tools is a bonus
- Direct exposure to private equity investors and executive leadership
- True ownership — this is not a "plug-and-play" manager role
