Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

A rapidly growing, private equity–backed professional services platform is seeking a Manager of FP&A to help build and scale its finance function.

This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to executive leadership and meaningful influence on strategic decision-making.

As the organization continues to expand through organic growth and acquisitions, this role will lead the development of a scalable FP&A infrastructure. The position offers the rare opportunity to build processes from the ground up while partnering closely with the CFO and business leaders.

• Design and lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning
• Develop financial models to support growth initiatives and acquisitions
• Establish KPI dashboards and performance reporting cadence
• Improve forecasting accuracy and financial transparency
• Evaluate and implement tools to enhance reporting and automation

• Collaborate with leadership across operations and corporate functions
• Analyze performance drivers and translate insights into clear recommendations
• Support strategic initiatives including pricing, cost optimization, and capacity planning
• Provide financial perspective on key business decisions

• Partner with the CFO on board and investor reporting
• Enhance planning timelines, systems, and reporting workflows
• Support integration of acquired businesses
• Scale finance processes appropriate for a high-growth environment

• 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or investment banking
• Experience in high-growth or PE-backed environments strongly preferred
• Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel required; FP&A systems experience a plus)
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving organization
• Strong communication skills and executive presence
