Overview

Sales and Commercial Finance roles provide a critical experience in collaborating with the Sales organization, as well as learning how to effectively manage pricing and trade wholistically, setting core strategies and partnering across multiple functions. As a Finance Manager at Pepsi Co, you will be a key Sales and Commercial Finance contact responsible for providing the financial expertise and recommendations that enable effective decision-making within the business for beverage products through the warehouse delivery GTM (e.g. Bubly MP).

This role will initially support the Bubly MP GTM transition and future warehouse GTM changes, supporting the commercial finance strategy as well as select regional and national customer teams. The role will have overall support for the period end results, preparation of forecasts, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Joint Business Plans, along with ad hoc financial analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Lead key financial processes, such as developing WHS Beverages Topline P&L and analyzing trends for Strategic Plans, Annual Operating Plans and Quarterly Business Plans
  • Manage the Forecasting process for key regional and national customers
  • Support alignment with DSD finance and cross functional teams regarding GTM changes, including Franchise teams
  • Present Periodic Forecasts, Actuals, Quarterly Business Plans and Annual Plans
  • Work closely with Topline, Sales and Supply Chain teams
  • Support ad hoc projects as requested
Compensation and Benefits
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant finance experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior management
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions/processes
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work as a team player and influence teams
  • Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Leadership and vision required to set the agenda and establish priorities
  • Results-oriented, able to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Able to work on own with limited day to day supervision
  • Ability to build relationships, manage conflict and embrace change
