Key Responsibilities Assist origination staff with loan setup by preparing and reviewing loan documents Accurately enter loan application information into the Encompass loan system Order and collect additional loan documentation from various parties involved in the loan process
Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field 2+ years of experience in operations such as Processing, Underwriting, or Loan Setup Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and other loan programs
Experience with Encompass 360 Familiarity with federal and state guidelines, rules, and regulations such as RESPA and TILA
