Our client is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their growing team.

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations and support month‑end closing activities, including reconciliations
• Assist with financial reports and internal controls for various departments and operations
• Support the CFO with audit and compliance filings, including GAAP financial audit and IRS Form 990 filing
• Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the CFO and Executive Leadership Team
• Establish and enforce strong internal financial controls and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and tax‑exempt best practices
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in the accounting process
• Provide support for accounts payable and payroll data entry processes
• Oversee processes for managing contributed income reporting (e.g., grants, donations, sponsor ships)
• Record weekly ticket sales entries in the general ledger
• Record concession sales plus cost of goods sold entries in the general ledger; support the General Manager and Operations overseeing and controlling inventory levels

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or MBA preferred
• 5+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
• Prior supervisory experience; ERP system knowledge preferred
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to manage large datasets
