Job Title: Oracle Finance Functional SME

Location: USA (Remote with travel)

Act as Finance Functional SME for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Financials.

Lead requirement gathering, solution design, fit-gap analysis, and process optimization.

Provide strategic guidance on EBS and Fusion application Finance Modules.

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cost Management (preferred)
• FAH
• Support financial close, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
• Implementation & Support
• Lead or support end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.

Work closely with technical teams on:

• Integrations
• Reports
• Conversions
• Extensions
• Perform functional testing (SIT/UAT) and support go-live activities.
• Business & Stakeholder Engagement
• Engage with finance leadership, controllers, auditors, and business users.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle Finance solutions.
• Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Governance & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
• Support audit requirements and internal controls.
• Drive best practices and standardization.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
