Title: Manager, Transaction and Valuations

The Challenge:

Our client's Transaction & Valuation Advisory practice is expanding and seeking a Manager to support a growing pipeline of buy-side and sell-side engagements. This role offers exposure across financial due diligence and broader transaction execution while working with private equity and strategic corporate clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
• Analyze historical financial statements, operational trends, and quality of earnings
• Evaluate net working capital, debt-like items, and key deal drivers
• Manage client communication, project timelines, and engagement deliverables
• Prepare and present clear, concise reports to clients and internal leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects

Ideal Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of transaction advisory / financial due diligence experience
• Prior public accounting or Big4 transaction advisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, M&A transactions, and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• CPA or progress toward certification preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
