Job Title: Manager, Commercial Structuring

Location: 401 North Michigan Avenue, Suite 501, Chicago, IL 60611

• Provide financial and commercial support to renewable energy projects of all stages across the Americas region.
• Oversee project financial models and project economics to improve company decision‑making and optimize economics and risks.
• Provide strategic recommendations relating to renewable energy projects to prioritize throughout the portfolio.
• Lead pricing, structuring, and risk assessment for third‑party revenue contracts on Americas projects.
• Lead pricing, structuring, risk assessment, and execution of Affiliate Offtake contracts for Americas projects.
• Work closely with Decision Support to provide finance and origination‑related input to approval requests.
• Support Growth, Development, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) groups in assessing commercial viability of longer‑term strategic initiatives.
• Support Americas Growth Strategy and other strategic working groups (i.e. Battery Storage, Utility Shortlisting, etc.).
• Develop and instill commercial knowledge and a culture of commercial excellence throughout different functions/teams in the renewable energy business.

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or related field; plus 1 year of experience in job offered or as a financial analyst in renewable energy, private equity, or investment banking.
• Knowledge of value drivers of renewable project economics, including tax equity financing structures, offtake structures, and equipment supply and service agreements.
• Experience with project management and analytical and financial modeling.
