A leading global law firm is seeking a midlevel to senior Finance Associate to join its Structured Finance team.
This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated asset-backed securities transactions and a broad range of structured finance matters, including warehouse financing and other complex securitization structures.
The successful candidate will play a key role in advising financial institutions, sponsors, issuers, and underwriters on high-value, market-leading transactions.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 4–8 years of experience in structured finance and securitization
- Substantial experience with asset-backed securities transactions
- Experience with warehouse financing and related structured products
- Sophisticated large law firm transaction experience
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
