Multi-Office - Global Finance - Mid- to Senior-Level Leverage Finance Associate

Winston & Strawn is looking for an associate with at least three years of substantive finance experience. It is desirable that this candidate has experience working with a broad spectrum of bank and non-bank financial institutions in syndicated and club transactions, in particular in relation to private credit sponsor acquisition financings. Experience in structured finance, CLOs and fund finance is also a plus.

Strong deal experience at a large law firm with a particular focus on cash flow lending and other sophisticated finance transactions is preferred. While Chicago is the preferred location for this position, we will also consider candidates within our Houston, Dallas, and Charlotte offices. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
