We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager will direct an organization’s establishment and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. They are responsible for accounting operations and systems, analysis and report preparation, and leading accounting professionals and staff. Direct liaison between CPA Firm and audit queries.

Compensation

$98, annually

This is a fully on-site position, Monday-Friday.

Financial Reporting
  • Oversee the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Interface with the outside CPA team to ensure timely and accurate financial statement reporting.
  • Loan Covenant Compliance.
  • Budget analysis and preparation.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company processes, policies, and procedures.
Financial Analysis
  • Analyze financial data, investigate budget variances and results, and compare results to prior year and prior months providing sound financial analysis.
  • Review payroll results and work to keep company in compliance with payroll taxes and benefits.
  • Provide analysis and audit support in all areas in finance and accounting.
Administrative Support

Maintain organized records of customer interactions, notes and transactions.

Produce and develop ad-hoc reporting that will help the organization analyze and manage our business with a strategic focus on past due accounts.

Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Educational and Experience
  • Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration majoring in accounting or related.
  • 5 years of experience in managing, month end close, financial reporting, etc.
  • CPA Preferred
