Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Senior Client Service Associate, based at our Chicago, IL office. The Senior Client Service Associate will support the team in delivering exceptional service to clients by managing inquiries, assisting with account administration, and providing personalized financial solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining client accounts, addressing questions and concerns, supporting financial advisors with reports and documentation, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Candidates will also collaborate with internal teams to maintain high standards of accuracy and responsiveness.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Client Services, Customer Service, and Customer Support
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and external partners
  • Background in Finance, including knowledge of retirement planning, investment management, and related fields
  • Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a professional environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Series 65 license are a plus
