Job PurposeThe VP, Finance & Accounting is a senior enterprise leader responsible for shaping financial governance, driving strategic financial decision‑making, and ensuring the integrity of the company’s financial reporting, controls, and risk management environment. This role leads a team of approximately 30 across accounting, financial reporting, plant finance, audit, treasury, capital controls, master data, and shared services. The VP serves as a key advisor to the CFO and executive leadership, supporting strategic growth, capital management, operational excellence, and financial integrity across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of consolidated financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, regulatory requirements, and Coca‑Cola governance protocols.
- Lead and govern quarter‑end and year‑end close processes across the enterprise.
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve an effective internal control environment.
- Provide strategic financial insights and decision support to the CFO and executive leadership.
- Guide enterprise long‑range planning, financial modeling, and budgeting processes.
- Establish clear financial governance frameworks and authoritative decision rights across the organization.
- Provide enterprise leadership to finance directors and plant controllers, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational priorities.
- Foster strong cross‑functional partnerships to support business execution and growth.
- Set enterprise strategy for financial systems, including D365, with a focus on scalability, control, and data integrity.
- Establish governance for master data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Own fixed asset accounting and enterprise asset governance.
- Establish and govern capital project and lease accounting policies.
- Provide executive sponsorship for capital budgeting and investment modeling.
- Partner with internal and external audit to ensure effective risk management and audit outcomes.
- Own enterprise risk management and insurance programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA required; MBA desirable.
- 12–15+ years progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
- Expert knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX, internal controls, and financial reporting.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing finance and cost accounting.
- Exceptional leadership, influence, and executive communication skills.

Travel requirements: 20%
Exempt/nonexempt: Exempt
Base pay range: $240,000 – $265,000 USD
