Treasury & Loan Servicing Analyst

Broadstreet Impact Services is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing & Treasury Analyst to support the execution of loan servicing and treasury operations across Broadstreet and its managed entities. This role is a hands‑on analyst position responsible for accurate loan onboarding, servicing, reconciliations, and day‑to‑day treasury activities.

The Analyst will support Broadstreet’s loan portfolio by processing borrower invoicing and payments, maintaining loan records in the servicing platform, responding to loan-related inquiries, and assisting with treasury cash transactions and reporting. This role works closely with senior team members and is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, detail‑driven environment and is looking to deepen their experience in financial operations.

The base salary range for this role is $68,000–$80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

• Become a primary Loan Administrator for Broadstreet’s loan portfolio.
• Timely and accurate onboard of all assigned new loans in servicing platform including setting up payment schedules for complex loans and identifying and communicating issues with loan terms and variances during loan schedule setup.
• Onboarding and offboarding of all assigned loans into Broadstreet’s loan servicing platform, NewDL, timely and accurately. Obtaining loan closing information from appropriate parties.
• Performing daily loan payment processing and reconciliations of assigned loan activity, monthly invoicing to borrowers for debt service and fees.
• Building and maintaining expertise and understanding of Broadstreet’s loan portfolio and servicing process.
• Provide high-level customer service to borrowers, clients, and internal team members by responding to inquiries and requests within 24 hours and troubleshooting issues, and independently resolving and responding to field requests.
• Preparation and review of periodic loan process exception reports, delinquency reports, and other reports to communicate portfolio performance, borrower issues, and other key metrics to management to ensure the accuracy of transactions processed by loan servicing.

• Assist in execution of daily cash transactions including wire and ACH processing for outgoing payments, loan disbursements, distributions, investment execution as well as tracking of incoming capital calls and borrowings and other cash movements.
• As the primary inputter and secondary approver of outgoing cash activity in Broadstreet’s treasury portals, ensure requests follow processing requirements and are clear, well documented, and properly approved by necessary individuals before inputting for approval.
• Helping to open and close bank accounts for Broadstreet and managed entities including operating, reserve, and other controlled bank accounts. Ensure accounts are opened and closed following Broadstreet requirements.
• Assist in the management of bank treasury portals and maintain relationships with banking contacts and outside service providers.
• Address all treasury requests timely and professionally.
• Maintain open communication between Treasury/Loan Servicing and other departments.
• Understand and adhere to Broadstreet’s treasury internal control requirements continuously.
