Overview
Winston & Strawn's Chicago office is looking for an associate with at least three years of substantive finance experience. It is desirable that this candidate has experience working with a broad spectrum of bank and non-bank financial institutions in syndicated and club transactions, in particular in relation to private credit sponsor acquisition financings. Experience in structured finance, CLOs and fund finance is also a plus.
Strong deal experience at a large law firm with a particular focus on cash flow lending and other sophisticated finance transactions is preferred. Candidates must be admitted to the Illinois Bar.
