Finance Systems Manager; ERP + Salesforce

We are seeking a Finance Systems Manager to own and scale our finance application stack, including ERP, Salesforce, FP&A, revenue, and integration tools. This role will partner with Accounting, FP&A, Rev Ops, GTM, and IT to design core finance processes, drive automation, ensure data quality, and maintain strong internal controls. The manager will lead system implementations, integrations, and ongoing administration while supporting a growing finance tech stack.

• Own and administer finance systems (ERP, Salesforce, FP&A, billing, AP/expense, and adjacent tools) including roles, permissions, workflows, and audit trails.
• Design, document, and optimize core finance processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) and embed controls.
• Lead implementations, module rollouts, upgrades, and system integrations, including discovery, design, build, testing, and go-live.
• Build and maintain integrations (e.g., Salesforce to ERP, billing, banks, data warehouse) and collaborate with Rev Ops and external partners.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards for master data, and deliver financial and operational reporting using ERP, FP&A, and BI tools.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline finance workflows.
• Support audit readiness, change management, and ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery practices.
• Train end users, maintain SOPs/playbooks, run office hours, and manage vendors and licenses within budget.

• 6+ years in finance systems, accounting operations, or business systems in high-growth companies or consulting environments, including at least one end-to-end ERP implementation.
• Hands-on admin/configuration experience with ERP (Net Suite, Sage Intacct, or MS D365) and Salesforce in a finance-integrated environment.
• Experience supporting Salesforce-to-ERP integrations and cross-functional collaboration with Rev Ops, Accounting, and IT.
• Strong understanding of finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, multi-entity/multi-currency, ASC 606).
• Technical skills: advanced Excel/Sheets; familiarity with SQL and basic scripting a plus.
• Strong project management, documentation, change management, and vendor oversight skills.
• Clear communicator, detail-oriented, and proactive in automation and process improvement.
