Calculated Hire is in search of a Business Execution Consultant with strong Loan IQ expertise for our Fortune 100 Financial Services client. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the transition from Syndications to Bilateral loans within the Loan IQ platform.

• Serve as a LoanIQ Production Operations SME
  , supporting conversions, enhancements, and operational adoption.
• Guide end users and operations teams through legacy-to-LoanIQ transitions
  , troubleshooting issues and providing practical guidance.
• Analyze how system changes and enhancements impact downstream operations across the lending lifecycle.
• Partner with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to validate workflows, functionality, and readiness.
• Support LoanIQ usage across syndicated and bilateral loans
  , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in testing, validation, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth handoffs to Ops.
• Document operational processes and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

• 5+ years of hands‑on LoanIQ production operations experience within a large commercial bank.
• Proven experience supporting legacy system to LoanIQ conversions

• Strong working knowledge of AFS and LUCAS alongside LoanIQ.
• Experience across the full commercial lending lifecycle (origination, booking, servicing, amendments, paydowns).
• Demonstrated ability to support and guide end users and operations teams during system changes.
• Experience with testing, validation, and operational readiness for system enhancements.

• Prior experience acting as a go‑to SME during high‑impact conversions.
• Exposure to multiple financial institutions or large‑scale platform migrations.
