CLIENT SERVICES OPERATIONS 63-75k + Bonus (Chicago)

Analyzing and executing tasks involving firm accounts and investments,
Client Service, Account Set-up, Maintenance & Analysis, Investment Documentation & Funding,
This role will be assigned specific families and is responsible for analyzing and executing tasks involving the client accounts and investments.

• A bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a service role
• Positive can-do attitude, along with a good sense of customer service
• Strong communicator (oral and written) and firm believer in teamwork
• Independently motivated and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF Pro
• Experience working with CRM;
  Salesforce is desirable

· Position has excellent exposure and will work closely with Senior Reporting Accountants, Trading Associates, Client Service Specialists, Financial Advisors

Bonus typically starts around 10-15% of base salary

$50 per month phone/internet stipend

$500 towards a new phone every two years

Currently working 3 days in office, 2 days remote

20 days PTO – 25 after 5 years
