Responsibilities- Team management and development
- Set clear team goals, influence SSC team members and oversee day‑to‑day operation to meet goals
- Set measurable KPIs for team members and introduce established KPIs from previous companies where possible
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines, monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members, discover training needs, provide coaching, resolve issues and reward achievements
- Conversion of assets to cash
- Ensure continuous touchpoints for OS AR across US and SSC teams
- Contribute to order‑to‑cash meetings, identifying action points and issues monthly
- Monitor and drive improvements in GSNI, AR and open SO
- Resolve customer invoice exceptions, disputes, and system issues promptly
- Timely and accurate processing of inventory transactions, company expenses, and vendor payments
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices
- Work to resolve invoice/PO exceptions promptly
- Support subledger health by working cross‑functionally to resolve aged transactions
- Ensure company liabilities are recorded accurately via supplier statement and balance sheet reconciliations
- Liaise cross‑functionally to support and advise on best business practices
- Participate in contract/SOW reviews
- Advise business partners on system and process concerns
- Assist in developing and maintaining system and process controls to safeguard assets
- Adhere to financial and other controls
- Maintain and adhere to local or global controls to ensure accuracy in financial numbers and protection of assets
- Engage and collaborate across all stakeholder groups
- Utilise critical thinking skills and multitask to drive resolution of exceptions and process improvements
- Understand the link between business operations and the impact on accounting and reporting functions
- Deliver work under pressure to fixed timelines
- University qualified
- 3+ years of management experience
- 3+ years post‑qualification experience
- Experience with relevant systems and tools
$88,000 – $100,000 a year
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. Well‑qualified candidates can generally expect offers around the midpoint.
