Position Summary:
Strongpoint Partners is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist in the Chicagoland Area to serve as a key point of contact for retirement plan clients and advisors. This role supports day-to-day client inquiries, maintains accurate documentation and workflow systems, and collaborates closely with Operations and Pension Administration teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, and is comfortable balancing multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

- Provide day-to-day client support and respond to inquiries from clients and advisors
- Serve as the initial point of contact and route requests to the appropriate team members
- Maintain and manage client CRM and workflow systems
- Organize and maintain confidential retirement plan documentation, network folders, and related records
- Create and update email templates; manage mass client communications
- Support special projects for the Operations and Pension Administration teams
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within the client portal
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
- 2+ years of office experience
- 2+ years of client service experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Prior experience in Pension or Retirement Plan Administration preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat (creating/editing fillable forms, merging documents) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate with a team
- Strong time management skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
