Your RoleAs a Private Equity Advisor on the Private Equity Services team, you will:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients strategic priorities, risk strategies, and management needs to effectively advise on transaction-related risks.
- Identify common business challenges faced by clients and targets, utilizing our robust service platform to provide tailored solutions.
- Leverage your extensive risk expertise and industry knowledge to analyze target company exposures and loss experiences, crafting solutions for moderately complex client needs.
- Prepare and communicate detailed due diligence reports to all relevant parties.
- Collaborate with clients diligence advisors regarding findings or coverage gaps that could impact other work streams.
- Work alongside internal and external teams to negotiate and assess quotes from carriers, presenting evaluations and recommendations to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and target companies, acting as the primary point of contact for due diligence and deal-related requirements throughout the transaction process.
- Establish connections with private equity firms, law firms, accounting firms, investment banks, and financial institutions to explore future business opportunities.
We would love to connect with you if your professional background includes:
- Experience in an insurance brokerage setting with corporate and/or global accounts.
- 3+ years of experience in Due Diligence or Private Equity roles or demonstrated experience in supporting clients with M&A in an insurance context.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to cultivate relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Additional qualifications that are beneficial, but not mandatory:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, insurance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as Actuarial, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of investment manager operations and market participants.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $86,600 to $161,500. The final base pay will be determined based on individual factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and minimum wage requirements. Additional performance-based incentives may apply.
