Senior Financial Analyst

Chicago, IL I Hybrid - 2 days onsite I $90K - $105K + bonus

• Work collaboratively with Sales team members to answer specific finance/accounting related questions and asses business needs
• Identify areas of risk and opportunities for growth
• Analyze monthly variances for gross sales, volume, and trade and investigate change drivers
• Actively participate in forecasting activities
• Manage client specific forecasting processes and P&L's
• Contribute to presentations regarding business performance via P&L and customer analysis
• Create metrics, scorecards and reporting for assigned functions

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 4+ years of accounting and/or finance experience
• Manufacturing or CPG experience is a plus
• Previous experience supporting sales finance is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills and strong problem solving skills required;
  Must be a team player and enjoy working with others.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and analytics tools
