The OpportunityAs a Senior FP&A Analyst at Inter Park, you'll serve as a strategic, data‑driven partner to FP&A leadership and senior executives, transforming complex financial and operational data into insights that guide key business decisions. This high‑visibility role offers meaningful ownership, direct exposure to leadership, and the opportunity to influence growth, investment, and performance through rigorous analysis and compelling storytelling.
Key ResponsibilitiesBe a Strategic Partner
- Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Acquisitions, Finance, Accounting, IT, and Product & Marketing to provide Senior Leadership with data‑driven insights and concise narratives to support key decision‑making and executive‑level planning.
Own and Elevate Financial Insights
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial/operational reporting processes.
- Communicate a cohesive narrative around business drivers and their impact on current and future performance.
- Partner with the FP&A Director to prepare board presentations and guide investor communications.
- Partner with Acquisitions to support due diligence efforts, as well as post‑acquisition integration and performance tracking.
- Partner with Finance to perform loan analysis on new and refinanced debt.
Build Data‑Forward Solutions
- Drive system and model enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability, and insight quality, with a growing focus on implementing AI into business processes.
- Analyze market and industry data to provide external context.
Shape the Future
- Partner on new initiatives, with sensitivity to evolving economic environments and business dynamics.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and analytical rigor.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- A high level of ownership, curiosity, and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint expertise.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau strongly preferred).
- Exposure to commercial real estate and/or capital markets.
- Based in Chicago, IL, with a target of 4 days in the office per week.
