We are representing an elite boutique investment bank in their search for a highly skilled Investment Banking Associate to join their Consumer group in Chicago. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile M&A transactions within the branded food, beverage, and pet products space-one of the most dynamic and growing sectors in the market.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute M&A advisory assignments across the consumer sector.
Manage day-to-day deal processes, including financial modeling, valuation, and client presentations.
Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to deliver strategic insights and transaction execution.
Mentor and guide junior team members while maintaining high-quality standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile Experience :2nd or 3rd-year Investment Banking Associate or 1st-year Vice President with a strong track record in M&A.
Sector Knowledge :Prior exposure to consumer, food & beverage, or related industries preferred but not required.
Technical Skills :Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
Soft Skills :Exceptional communication, leadership, and client management skills.
Education :Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
