In this position, you will be part of TASC s agency infrastructure, whose departments collectively assure the overall quality, fiscal responsibility, effectiveness, and impact of TASC and work to advance our mission to build a healthier, safer, and more just society.

The incumbent will contribute to the executive leadership of the organization with full ownership of the accounting and finance functions and will have the autonomy to lead a strong team and implement efficiencies, processes, and systems. This is a highly visible role and will engage and present to the board of directors and external partners/stakeholders.

Financial leaders with an MBA and/or CPA and at least 15 years of progressive accounting/finance experience in the nonprofit behavioral health/healthcare industry keen to drive the mission of an organization are encouraged to contact us immediately about this opportunity. Onsite Requirements

This role is hybrid with the expectation to be in the office in Chicago 3 days/week.

Compensation

Compensation will range in experience and skills and expected range is $160k – $220k annually + full benefits, 403b employer contribution, and PTO.
