We’re looking for a Head of Finance to join our global leadership team, and build out our finance function.

Someone who can combine strategic vision, financial expertise, and operational discipline to guide Opply through its next stage of growth.

This role owns commercial finance, financial operations, payments, and the finance team.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to support rapid growth across the US and UK, with our clear path to $1B in revenue within two years.

This role sits at the centre of the business, working closely with the CEO, Strategy, and Operations leads to steer our financial planning, oversee compliance across borders, and manage the levers that underpin profitability and long-term stability. You’ll be equally comfortable diving deep into the numbers, shaping processes, negotiating with external partners, and advising on high-level strategic decisions that define Opply’s future.

Opply is the agentic operating system for the $2 Trillion market of CPG SMBs. With our rapidly growing suite of agents, and industry expertise, the platform predicts and manages the full operations cycle end to end: product forecasting, product creation, procurement, supplier execution, payments, financing, and ongoing sales. Operational and financial decisions are executed by the system rather than internal teams.

Opply operates internationally with a strong footprint across the US and UK.

Over the last year, the business has grown 10× to $40M in gross revenue and is on track to reach $1B within the next two years. Customer retention is 98%, with revenue expanding as customers increase the scope of operations run through the platform.

You will own and grow the finance function s includes responsibility for revenue, margin, cash, payments, credit, risk, reporting, compliance, and external financial partners. You will also hire, manage, and develop the finance team as the business scales. The role is hands‑on, high‑ownership, and central to company decision‑making, with ownership of:

• Revenue, margin, pricing, and unit economics
• Financial modelling, forecasting, and growth planning
• Accounting, management accounts, month‑end close, and reporting
• Hiring, managing, and developing the finance team
• Selection, negotiation, and management of payment providers, banks, and financial partners
• Payment flows, commercial terms, SLAs, and performance
• Cash flow forecasting, liquidity, and capital planning
• Working capital across customers, suppliers, and financing products
• Tax, compliance, and regulatory requirements across UK and the US
• Insurance, credit exposure, and contractual risk
• Board and investor strategy and financial reporting

• 7+ years in senior finance roles within high‑growth businesses
• Proven ownership of commercial finance, accounting, cash flow, and financial operations
• Proven track record of building and leading finance teams
• Direct responsibility for selecting and negotiating with payment providers or financial partners
• Strong track record in financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Demonstrated ownership of transaction‑heavy and working‑capital‑driven business models
• Proven responsibility for US and UK tax, regulatory compliance, and financial risk management
• Board‑level reporting responsibility and direct involvement in funding strategy and fundraising execution
• Track record of operating in fast‑moving, high‑ownership environments
