They continue to take up market share while adding to various practice areas including the TAS team. In addition to their TAS group, they also have a Capital Markets Advisory, Valuations and an M&A team.

• Execute complex transactions in cross industries such as Tech, Media, Financial Services, Healthcare, Industrials & Telecomm space
• Focus on Financial Due Diligence part of the Transactions
• Understand financial models, quality of earnings and working capital
• Work hand in hand with MDs and Directors to execute transactions
• Manage juniors on the team
• Assist in pitch materials and market research
• Assist in Business Development activities to originate deals
• Work across both Sell-Side/Buy-Side M&A transaction advisory

• BA/BS with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
• CPA with a Big 4 background
• 4 to 6 years of Financial Due Diligence (Audit background then Deals exp is okay)
• Background at a Big Four or a similar firm is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong work ethic and desire to work at a top firm
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed
