We have an opportunity for a detail-oriented, service-driven Client Service Analyst to join a collaborative investment and wealth management team.
This is a non-client-facing, non-sales role designed for an individual interested in building a strong operational foundation within a high-touch advisory environment
, with potential for future growth within client service functions.
- Support client service and investment teams through accurate execution of operational and administrative tasks
- Prepare and process investment, withdrawal, transfer, and subscription documentation
- Assist with the preparation of reports and materials used for client meetings and internal reviews
- Coordinate money-movement requests, including wires, electronic funds transfers, journals, and security transfers
- Prepare and submit custodian paperwork, track completion, and reconcile activity
- Review and reconcile trade activity and assist with trade processing
- Maintain accurate client and account records within internal systems and document management platforms
- Support investor relations activities by tracking documentation and coordinating fund-related reporting
- Assist with account maintenance, setup, and resolution of operational issues
- Gather and prepare internal metrics and reporting for senior team members
- Provide administrative and regulatory support, including documentation retention, best practices maintenance, and exam preparation
- Respond to internal service requests with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services, banking, or operations environment (Internship experience and professional experience both qualify)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Technically proficient; experience with Microsoft Office required, exposure to Adobe Acrobat, document management, and CRM platforms a plus
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
- Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available
