This position is responsible for financial controlling, performance reporting, and data consolidation for the OOH channel, while also supporting broader financial consolidation and analytical reporting across channels. The role focuses on delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis to support management decision-making, ensure performance transparency, and strengthen financial governance and reporting standards. A key objective is to act as a finance business partner, providing financial guidance to drive sustainable growth and profitability for these channels, while ensuring compliance with group procedures for financial data reporting.

PLANNING & FORECAST  
• Lead budget, SAF and LE process for the OOH channel, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and group timelines, support overall consolidation across channels for budget, SAF and LE process.  
• Track actual business performance, conduct gap analysis vs. plans, provide clear explanations and drive action plan.  
• Support Sales and Trade-marketing in building OP by platforms and key customers.

• Act as a finance business partner to the OOH teams, providing financial counsel to support business growth and strategic initiatives.

• Monitor key financial assumptions and risks throughout the planning and forecasting cycles and flag deviations proactively.
** CONTROLLING & REPORTING & CONSOLIDATION*
* • Own financial controlling and performance reporting for the OOH channel, including sales, margins, trade spending, and investment analysis.  
• Prepare and deliver regular management reports (Budget / SAF / Actuals), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and clear storytelling.  
• Consolidate financial data across channels to support overall topline and performance analysis, providing a coherent and reliable company view.  
• Establish and track financial KPIs for the OOH channel; identify performance gaps and support corrective actions through analytical insights.  
• Model, forecast, measure, and report financial metrics by activity, campaign, or project, providing value-added analysis to support decision-making.  
• Support ROI analysis for key OOH initiatives and investments, including pre- and post-evaluation.  
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies, internal control requirements, and reporting standards.  
• Assist Finance team with ad-hoc projects and reporting requirements.

* • Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of financial.  
• Actively participating in meetings with stakeholders to contribute to business discussions and decision-making.  
• Continuously optimize existing templates and ways of working, sharing best practices within the team.  
• Communicate key financial messages and insights effectively to other functions.  
• Collaborate with area controllers on group projects and updates.
• Bachelor+ degree in Finance.  
• 5+ years finance experience, including 3 years channel experience in offline GT/MT. Big 4 background is preferred.  
• Strong analytical skills and process driven know-how.  
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with flexibility to adjust to the fast-changing working demands.  
• Ability to drive results individually and within the team.  
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.
