** The AVP or VP, Private Placements, Private & Structured Credit reports to the Managing Director, Private Placements and provides analytical support and is an integral part of managing the investment-grade private credit portfolio and new deal process.

Job Responsibilities (AVP Level)
*** Coordinates the underwriting and closing process.
* Attends roadshow presentations.
* Coordinates the due diligence process with PPMA credit analysis team members, negotiating legal documentation and attending due diligence trips.
* Analyzes amendment requests from existing portfolio companies.
* Monitors portfolio companies and industries for change in credit quality and industry fundamentals.
* Actively involved in developing and maintaining relationships with bankers, sponsors, and other sources of deal flow.
* Assists senior Private Placement personnel on various projects and on-going administrative tasks.
* Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned.
