Shape the future of Investments 're looking for a strategic-minded business generalist with a background in Finance, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Investments to join our Investments team—a function that manages an $80+ billion portfolio and contributes nearly 50% of Allstate's earnings in a typical quarter. This role is the center point and quarterback for strategic initiatives within Investments. You'll work directly with senior leadership to challenge the status quo, explore innovative approaches to Investments as a business, and maximize its utility to the enterprise.

• Act as the strategic hub for cross-functional initiatives within Investments and Finance.
• Drive high-impact strategic projects with visibility to the CEO, CFO, CIO, and Board of Directors.
• Distill complex financial themes into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences.
• Collaborate across Investments, Finance, and Corporate Development to shape enterprise-level decisions.

• Designing a joint venture with one of the largest global private equity firms.
• Evaluating strategic alternatives for Allstate's Investments Department.

  • Prior roles involving direct interaction with executives or senior decision‑makers.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Industry Knowledge
