Controller – Growing Professional Services Organization

• Serve as the top finance and accounting leader for the organization.
• Work closely with senior executives and represent finance on the leadership team.

• Oversee all finance and accounting functions, including AP, AR, and GL.
• Lead and develop a team of three accountants.
• Manage financial reporting for multiple entities and funds.
• Ensure compliance and serve as the primary contact for audits.
• Present monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to the executive team.
• Drive process improvements and support strategic initiatives.

• 10+ years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• CPA and/or public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with Quick Books Online required; SAGE experience or conversion a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to align finance with organizational goals.
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability.
