The Revenue Analytics Manager will report into the Director of Revenue Analytics for the linear entertainment organization within The Walt Disney Company. The role involves managing revenue reporting, contributing to budget and forecasting processes, leading ad‑hoc revenue projects, and collaborating closely with Pricing and Inventory teams to analyze risk and opportunity. The manager will also support liability mitigation projects with executive‑level sales stakeholders.
Responsibilitiesand Duties
- Ownership of comprehensive suite reporting and timely analysis of key revenue reports for finance, executive leadership, and RYM Inventory and Pricing departments.
- Supervise liability reporting for network suites, leading cross‑network liability initiatives from start to finish—including gathering information, communicating progress, and transferring revenue to the appropriate destination.
- Collaborate with research, sales, and inventory managers nako on interdepartmental projects both ad‑hoc and aligned with the yearly sales cycle, focusing on synthesizing and presenting actionable information to improve linear revenue channel efficiency.
- Contribute to corporate financial plans, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, long‑range financial plan analysis, and liability valuation projections.
- Handle ad‑hoc financial projects such as revenue impact scenarios and aid in creating new reporting based($ term) on evolving business needs.
- 5+ years in media or finance, and 3+ years of people‑management experience.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Expert in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills; collaborative team player.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑changing work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
The hiring range for this position in Chicago, IL is $115,500–$154,800 per year, and in New York, NY is $121,000–$162,200 per year. Base pay will consider internal equity and may vary by geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, along with a comprehensive medical, financial, and other benefits program, depending on the level and position offered.
