Associate Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis (Campus 2026 Hires/New Grads)

Join United Airlines as an Associate Analyst in Financial Planning & Analysis. This role supports the Managing Director and Director in their business partnership across departments. You’ll contribute to financial data booking, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and revenue/cost initiatives. You’ll also assist in contract negotiations, headcount productivity tracking, and scenario analysis.

• Perform routine reporting and ad hoc analysis for division and finance teams, including accurate booking of actual financial data and modeling annual operating plans.
• Provide financial support, analysis and reporting to division leadership and finance, including budget and forecast scenario analysis, contract/purchasing negotiations, headcount tracking and revenue/cost initiatives.
• Participate in meetings on key regional division and finance issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of related finance or business administrative experience with a High School Degree, or 0–2 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of accounting and financial statements.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Reliable, punctual attendance essential.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or related field.
• 2 years FP&A/Accounting experience or 3 years customer experience/contact centers.
• Experience with EPM Planning.
