The salary range for this position is $100,000-$110,000 and it comes with benefits, including medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance.

Job Description:

Assist the Corporate Controller in managing the Company's accounting and financial activities.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Record payroll and monthly accruals

+ Take ownership of periodic lender reporting

+ Reconcile GL accounts to monthly ledgers

+ Manage inventory standard cost system

+ Develop product cost for potential new product introduction

+ Assist with analyzing of monthly production variances

+ Assist with the monthly, quarterly and yearly close as needed

+ Prepare adjusting journal entries and various reports

+ Assist with budget process

+ Assist with review of internal controls and policies

+ Assist with bank and external audits

+ Assist in development of KPI's and profitability measures

+ Performs other related duties assigned by management

Requirements

Essential

Skills:

+ Related work experience in accounting and/or finance

+ Technical skills in account reconciliation, standard cost accounting, month-end close responsibilities, financial reporting, etc.

+ Planning and organization: an ability to plan and manage multiple projects

+ Attention to detail

+ Problem analysis and resolution

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

+ High performance and a strong team player

+ Computer proficiency:
Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics GP

+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field

+ Microsoft Office experience

+ Microsoft Dynamics GP experience

+ 5 years accounting related experience

+

Experience with standard costing and inventory control procedures
