Interested in optimizing trade operations for a leading crypto-asset desk?
You will join the team as an Operations Analyst out of the Chicago office, providing hands on support for the crypto-assets desk by efficiently managing daily workflows and continually refining operational procedures including reconciliation and settlement. You would also identify opportunities for improvement and build out solutions, including post-trade process optimization, automation, and technology upgrades.
The crypto arm of a leading proprietary trading firm is expanding its trade Global Trading Operations team to support 24/7 trading across digital asset markets. You would join the backbone of the crypto trading operation, ensuring that the trading desk can execute efficiently with minimal operational risk.
QualificationsYou are qualified for this role if you have 1–5 years of experience in financial operations in a buy/sell side environment, with knowledge in reconciliation, settlements, and middle/back office workflows. You are proficient in SQL and VBA, along with strong problem-solving skills in high-stakes environments. Bonus:
Crypto experience and/or working knowledge of Python.
$90,000-$135,000 + discretionary bonus + full employee benefits
