Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Inspire:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a commercial credit analyst, credit officer, loan review officer, commercial portfolio manager, or a related credit risk role within a bank or regulatory agency.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CRC, CFA).
  • Willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs.
  • Experience presenting and effectively communicating observations to senior stakeholders, committees, and/or other team members.
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication, leadership and analytical skills.
  • Exemplary client service skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in multiple lending industries or deep specialization in one (including, but not limited to: asset‑based lending, agriculture, hospitality, healthcare, energy).
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience in commercial real estate underwriting or regulatory credit review for community, regional, national, or foreign banking organizations.
  • Familiarity with SBA lending, construction lending, agricultural lending, syndicated loans, shared national credits, or leveraged transactions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of credit lifecycle processes: origination, servicing, and review.
  • Proven ability to develop credit policies, risk rating methodologies, and perform stress testing.
  • In‑depth knowledge of federal and state banking regulations related to credit risk.
  • Prior consulting experience or progressive leadership roles with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision and provide leadership to a team.
  • Ability to exercise independence of judgment and autonomy.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain profitability targets.
Compensation Range

$101,000 - $203,000
