• Trade a wide variety of financial instruments
• Proactively manage positions and pricing across multiple products
• Monitor trading algorithms and provide feedback to developers on areas of improvement
• Devise new, innovative ways to tune trading parameters to increase desk profitability
• Work across the entire organization to improve systems and overall firm performance

• In your final year of study pursuing a BS/MS/BA degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Math, Economics, Finance, Physics, or related field
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
• Ability to take on many responsibilities quickly with a high degree of operational excellence

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Base salary represents just one part of overall compensation; all full‑time, permanent roles are eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits, such as paid leave and insurance.
